Mindfulness Week - October 2018

We know that we need to eat a balanced diet and drink water to look after our bodies, but this week we have been thinking about how to look after our hearts and mind. 

 

During Wellbeing Week, we have had a HeartSmart workshop about how our bodies and faces look and feel when we are happy and when we are sad. 

 

We have also had a mindfulness and meditation session, where we thought about feeling happy and concentrating on certain things to make us feel happy.
