UPDATES AND REMINDERS

Hello everyone! I hope that you are all well and staying safe and that you have had a good break and ready for the second half of the Autumn term.

Please remember to bring into school tomorrow clean PE kits. Additional warm clothing can also be brought in for outdoor sessions: sweatshirts, leggings or joggers.

We have been very successful last half term maintaining a safe environment around school and thank you for your support with this. In order for this to continue can you re-familiarise yourself with the guidance below:

  • We ask that only one adult drops off and collects their child from school
  • All adults are asked to wear face masks when dropping off and collecting children from school
  • Please do not stand in the yellow box
  • Please follow the one way signage if entering the car park
  • Reading books are only to be brought in on Fridays

If any of the following has occurred during half term and you have not contacted Mrs McCourt already, can you please do so before attending school tomorrow: cmccourt@woodlea.lancs.sch.uk:

  • Your child or anyone within your household tests positive for Covid-19
  • Your child or anyone in your household has undergone a test and are awaiting results If you have been in direct contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19
  • If your child has any of the following symptoms

1) A high temperature

2) A new, continuous cough

3) A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

It is essential that we are aware of any of these circumstances in advance so that we can make informed decisions to keep all of our school community safe.

In anticipation for your continued support, thank you and I look forward to seeing you in school tomorrow.

Mrs Shorrocks.
