Anglo-Saxon Day!

This term we have been learning all about the Anglo-Saxons so that we can host our very own Anglo-Saxon day. We learnt everything that we needed to learn to be able to go back in time and have different stalls so that we were knowledgeable enough to sell out items. 

We had stalls for armour and weapons, Ogham stones, runes, Anglo-Saxon purses, printed gift bags, jewellery, a model village, songs and stories and even a quiz-show! 

Have a look at how much fun we had travelling back in time and being Anglo-Saxons for the day.
