Final Family Assembly
Final Family Assembly – Tuesday 23rd July, 9.10
Where has another school year gone? From watching our amazing year 6 leavers in their show this week; seeing how they have grown in confidence and maturity; to seeing all our children thrive and develop in all areas makes me immensely proud.
We will be completing our school year with a Family Assembly on the above date. As with all of these assemblies, parents are welcome.
During the assembly, the following certificates and awards will be given out and leaving presentations made; all parents will be notified by text message if your child is receiving one of these.
- Summer Term 2 Head Teacher Awards
- 100% Attendance Awards
- Children leaving Woodlea in years 3, 4 and 5
- Year 6 Individual Awards
Though the focus of the assembly is not on the Year 6 leavers, there will be a short video of photographs of them throughout their time at Woodlea.
Additionally to this assembly, there will be a special leaving assembly for Mrs Darby who will be leaving us to start her in life in Dubai. This will take place at 2.30pm on Monday 22nd July. If you would like to come to this, again you are very welcome.
Once again, I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for your continued support in all aspects of school and all the staff at Woodlea and I wish you all a very happy and restful summer break.
