Mothers Day Lunch

Dear Mums, Aunties, Grandmas . . .

 

Would you like to have lunch in school with your child, grandchild, niece or nephew on the above date.

The lunch is £2.20 and there will be two sittings - 12.00 & 12.30, (you will be notified which sitting you are on WB 20th March).

If you would like to join us, please make your choice and complete the form below. Please return with your payment to school, no later than Wednesday 15th March.

If your children regularly have school lunches, they DO NOT need to complete the form.
