Would you like to have lunch in school with your child, grandchild, niece or nephew on the above date?

The lunch is £2.20 and there will be two sittings - 12.00 & 12.30, (you will be notified which sitting you are on WB 12^th June).

If you would like to join us, please make your choice and complete the form below. Please return with your payment to school, no later than Thursday 25^th May, 9am

If your children regularly have school lunches, they DO NOT need to complete the form.
